Welcome to Lava & Stone, a brand under Go Vitta Limited. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Product Information
All products at Lava & Stone are handmade, and as such, each item may have inherent variations, which add to its unique beauty and durability. These variations may include differences in colour, texture, and finish. We encourage you to understand how these variations occur and how they may evolve over time to fully appreciate the beauty of the product.
It is the customer's responsibility to properly seal and maintain products like basins and unglazed tiles to ensure long-lasting quality and performance. We are happy to provide guidance on installation and maintenance but do not guarantee outcomes.
2. Ordering and Lead Times

• In-stock products typically ship within 2 business days.
• All items, including basins and handmade goods, are available for immediate dispatch. Once your order is placed, we ensure that the product is in stock and ready to ship. Typically, your order will be dispatched within up to 3 business days.

3. Payments and Refunds

• All orders require 100% payment at the time of order placement.
• Payment is processed via online or wire transfer.
• Invoices will be provided and sent via email.
• Shipping costs are covered by Lava & Stone and are free of charge for our customers. There will be no additional shipping fees added to your order.
• All sales are final once payment is received.
• Orders for made-to-order items cannot be canceled or exchanged once they are processed. If you need to make any amendments to your order, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from receipt of the item to request a refund, replacement, or store credit. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with return shipping costs being the responsibility of the customer. We will provide a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
4. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders will be shipped via third-party carriers. Due to insurance policies, the delivery driver will not be able to assist with moving items into your home. We advise you to have someone available to help accept the delivery.
• Delivery hours are typically between 9 AM and 6 PM. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
• Any discrepancies with the delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

5. Faulty Items and Returns
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible. We'll provide instructions on how to return the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging, and the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. Once the item is safely received in its original condition, a full refund will be processed.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and the latest version will always be available on our website. Any significant changes will be highlighted for your convenience.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lava & Stone. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. In the case of defective or damaged products, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
